DUAL WINDPROOF DEVICE ADDS EXTRA SAFETY: The golf cart covers bottom has a quick-release strap that goes underneath to hold the cover on in high winds. The bungee cord can be used to secure the cover around the cart, preventing it from being blown open or torn during storms
